Conditions générales applicables aux noms de domaine

Ceci est une annexe de nos conditions générales et ne les remplace pas.

Dans le présent document, les termes "Espace 2001", "Espace2001","nous" font référence à Espace 2001 SARL. Les termes "client", "clients", "vous" font référence à la personne morale ou physique enregistrant un nom de domaine ainsi qu'au propriétaire de ce même nom de domaine s'il est différent.

Les noms de domaines sont soumis aux spécifications de l'ICANN. Espace 2001, agit en tant qu'intermédiaire entre le client et le registrar (registre) qui a enregistré le nom de domaine.

Le choix de ce registre est laissé à l'appréciation d'Espace 2001, en fonction des oportunités du marché et dans l'intérêt de son client, sauf instructions précises du client au moment de la commande.

Le client peut demander à Espace 2001 avant sa commande quel sera le registrar auprès duquel la commande sera enregistrée et quelles conditions lieront le client au registrar.

Sauf accord préalable entre les parties, Espace 2001 n'enregistre pas de domaines "premium".

Espace 2001 enregistre les noms de domaine au nom du propriétaire de ce nom de domaine tel qu'indiqué dans le formulaire de commande.

Le client d'Espace 2001 s'engage à fournir des informations véritables sur son identité. A défaut Espace2001 se réserve le droit de supprimer ce nom domaine .
